Welcome to the Gab page, where you can write to Tiger and perhaps hear back from him. You need to provide your email address for this. Make sure it's okay with your parent, guardian, or otherwise bossy grownup in your life.
From time to time, Tiger will pose a question or two for you to ponder and, hopefully, respond to. This is what Tiger calls "research." For example:
If the bossy grownup in your life wouldn't let you have your dream pet, what would be the worst replacement pet imaginable that he or she would likely buy to stop your whining?

From Margaret Peeples:
Dear Mr. Jennings, I read a favorable review of “We can’t all be rattlesnakes” and went out and bought an extra copy of it for our school library. Then I read a section of the first chapter out loud to all the second grade classes I had that week. They enjoyed it quite a bit. Many signed up to get on the waiting list for our two copies. The next week we learned how to look up gopher snakes on the online database Amazing Animals. The week after I wanted the students to practice using an almanac so I paged through
one from our class paperback set of the 2007 student almanacs (might be published by Scholastic) and flipped to the animal section starting on page 20 and read about a rat snake in the Tokyo zoo who had adopted Gohan, a hamster, instead of eating it. I was immediately struck by the similarity and wondered if you had heard of this animal news story and if it had inspired you to write your story?
The almanac said that Gohan is a Japanese word for lunch.

Hey, Mr. Jennings, I’m a resident of Port Townsend, WA. I am a big fan of your books. Sometimes, I see you at Aldrich’s, but I’m too scared to ask for your autograph. I’m a 7th grader at BHMS and I am kind of starting to grow out your books, but I think they are still great for younger kids. Well I’m gonna go to bed now bye!

From Carly Lingem:
Hey! I am from oregon, WI and you visited my school last year. We read faith and the electric dog as a class. Is the island that is shaped like a bone really cuba? We all though it was Prince Edward Island in Canada when our teacher told us it was shaped like a bone. But canada is not really close to Florida. Or did you make the island up? just wondering. Thanks.
,
Carly
